Mario Morán began his mortgage career in 2007, just before the financial crash, and quickly proved his ability to navigate one of the most difficult lending environments in modern history. Even as markets tightened and approvals became challenging, he successfully helped clients secure financing during the two years that followed. With extensive experience in Foreign National lending, condo hotel financing, and luxury property loans, Mario offers strategic insight and tailored solutions for complex scenarios.

He holds an NMLS license, a CAM designation, and a Bachelor of Business Administration with majors in Accounting and Real Estate Accounting, which allow him to structure loans with precision and accuracy. A career highlight for Mario includes assisting a world renowned Latin American rock guitarist with the purchase of his Brickell condominium.
